Recruiting Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Act as a primary owner for critical recruiting tools, workflows, and vendor relationships
Partner with HR Technology to configure systems, manage integrations, and implement automations that reduce manual effort and improve reliability
Map, document, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes
Ensure data integrity through audits, quality controls, and governance standards
Move beyond basic reporting to deliver actionable insights that inform recruiting strategy and operational decisions
Partner with Legal and People Ops to ensure recruiting practices align with global employment laws and internal policies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations initiatives
Deep hands-on experience with recruiting and/or HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar), including system configuration, integrations, and day-to-day use
Strong operational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, prioritized execution plans
Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, surface insights, and solve complex problems independently
A track record of influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders at multiple levels to drive outcomes
Preferred
Living on the East Coast to offer EMEA coverage is highly preferred
