Responsibilities
Strategize and litigate complex patent infringement and trade secret disputes from inception to trial
Draft persuasive briefs and argue motions in federal district courts, CAFC appeals, and PTAB proceedings
Manage global discovery involving technical experts and multinational evidence
Advise on IP enforcement, licensing, and risk mitigation for industry-leading clients
Partner across offices on sophisticated, cross-border technology litigation
Qualification
Required
Experience in IP litigation, specifically in patent, trade secret, copyright, and technology cases
Ability to strategize and litigate complex patent infringement and trade secret disputes from inception to trial
Proficiency in drafting persuasive briefs and arguing motions in federal district courts, CAFC appeals, and PTAB proceedings
Experience managing global discovery involving technical experts and multinational evidence
Knowledge in advising on IP enforcement, licensing, and risk mitigation
Ability to partner across offices on sophisticated, cross-border technology litigation
