Responsibilities
Guide clients who do not yet own land through a proven, structured, and stress-free land selection process
Protect clients from costly mistakes and ensure their home can be built on budget, on schedule, and as designed
Partner directly with New Home Specialists (NHS), buyers, listing agents, and internal teams to move clients confidently from contract → land → site analysis → closing → build phase
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Land Specialist experience in the home building industry/construction industry
Active Real Estate license or Broker license – or be willing to obtain licensing prior to starting with Brown Haven Homes
2+ years of grading and lot preparation experience
