RTG Vice President - Rocky Mountain Market Leader

Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts for the Rocky Mountain Region, Midwest Region, and supporting the Executive Team
Provide valued input into strategic and tactical decisions with respect to the Advisory Service Line and market-specific business planning
Provide technical advice and overall responsibility for client deliverables
Serve as a client service executive and/or project manager for clients, as appropriate
Oversee associates' and analysts' work on specific engagements, including responsibility for quality control and staff development
Support the Executive Team with billing, contract management, and client profitability tracking

Required

Minimum of 10+ years of healthcare real estate experience or relevant healthcare and/or commercial real estate consulting experience is required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Healthcare, or related field is required
Competence with software programs, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various real estate programs (demographics, mapping, online property databases, etc.)
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and within a professional team environment

Preferred
