Support engagements across R&D credits and business incentives
Translate operational activity into defensible credit opportunities
Build financial models estimating credit value and multi-year impact
Prepare audit-ready documentation and technical support
Partner with executives, engineers, attorneys, and finance teams
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in Big Four, public accounting, or tax advisory
Strong analytical + communication skills
Interested in strategic, client-facing consulting work, that changes from project to project
Preferred
Exposure to incentives, modeling, or credit work is a plus
CPA and/or LLM/JD preferred
