Responsibilities
Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure installation aligns with specifications and schedules
Manage technical submittals and RFIs to remove bottlenecks before they impact progress
Track installation progress, long-lead equipment, and constraints tied to commissioning readiness
Coordinate across civil, structural, and MEP trades to prevent clashes and schedule slippage
Qualification
Required
3+ years in construction delivery, project engineering, or MEP-focused project management
Hands-on exposure to mechanical and electrical systems in construction
Working knowledge of power distribution, UPS/generators, cooling systems, and supporting infrastructure
Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and site coordination
Comfort operating on active construction sites and resolving issues in real time
Preferred
Experience on data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, or life sciences projects
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, BIM coordination platforms, or similar
A solutions-oriented mindset; you help resolve issues in the field
