Responsibilities
Advanced development on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, VisualForce, REST APIs, Event-Driven APIs, and Javascript)
Leverage ETL tools to configure, develop, and support Integrations between Salesforce and other systems (Workato/Boomi preferred)
Extensive data modeling, solution design, unit testing, and DevOps for customized Salesforce solutions
Function as a technical consultant directly with clients, emphasizing solutioning and architecting custom development items
You'll participate in and/or run discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes, define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, create wireframes, and generate technical design documentation for custom Salesforce solution needs
Conduct end-of-sprint demos to clients to show work completed toward user stories assigned to the dev team
Run tailor-made training sessions with client power users or end-users to drive user adoption of custom-developed Salesforce solutions
Continuously seek opportunities to leverage new technologies and lead AI adoption to improve our workflows and solutions
Approximately 70% of your time will be focused on hands-on Salesforce development, 20% of time with clients on discovery sessions/touchpoints/training sessions/demos, and 10% of time focused on mentoring junior developers on the Dev Team
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of delivering quality, highly customized Salesforce solutions either in consulting roles or with Salesforce end-user companies (3+ years of Salesforce development experience preferred)
Minimum of 2x Salesforce, Workato/Boomi certifications (Platform Developer I required, Workato/Boomi Certifications strongly preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and at least one other portion of the Customer 360 platform (Salesforce Field Service or CPQ preferred)
Highly skilled in leveraging Apex, LWC, VF, Javascript, and REST APIs to develop customized Salesforce solutions
Demonstrated experience with third-party integration tools such as Mulesoft or Dell Boomi
Proven ability to act as a client-facing technical consultant, with a strong emphasis on solutioning and architecting custom development items
A natural leader in AI adoption, always looking for ways to leverage new technologies to improve our work processes and solutions
Preferred
3+ years of Salesforce development experience
Workato/Boomi Certifications strongly preferred
Salesforce Field Service or CPQ preferred
