Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, document, and clarify business requirements
Analyze and document processes for insurance, claims, accounting, and compliance systems
Support UI/UX designers and development teams as needed
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
Drive conversations to uncover true business needs and support solutioning
Work independently with minimal ramp-up; contribute immediately to fast-paced project goals
Qualification
Required
3-6 years' professional experience as a Business Analyst (mid-level preferred)
Strong functional/business analysis background (not strictly technical)
Experience with process documentation, requirements gathering, and working directly with business stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and ego-free environment
Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading discussions and challenging assumptions
Go-getter attitude; able to self-start and work with minimal supervision
Preferred
Accounting or crop insurance experience is a plus (but not required)
