Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement complex enterprise applications across the full SDLC
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Perform application enhancements, integrations, and post-implementation support
Develop and maintain automated testing solutions focused on Section 508 and WCAG compliance
Conduct accessibility audits and collaborate with manual testing teams to ensure coverage
Debug issues, create documentation, and support system enhancements
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Qualification
Required
Application development or systems testing experience
Test automation development supporting 508/WCAG compliance
Experience training or guiding teams on accessibility standards
Solid understanding of WCAG and Section 508 requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Selenium (Axe library preferred), JAWS
Accessibility Management Platforms (AMP)
Experience with accessibility automation frameworks
