Responsibilities

Project Architectural Support - Will support the client Information Technology Department and report to client’s Enterprise Architect
Architectural Oversight - Will review artifacts such as application design diagrams, data models, technology assessments, etc. that are delivered by client's System Integrator contract to ensure alignment to established client architectural, technology, security, and compliance standards and patterns
Technical Representative - Represent the HBE Enterprise Solutions Committee (ESC) in non-MAGI related meetings by providing technical guidance, ensuring solutions align with established standards, identifying missing standards, and connecting non-MAGI project teams with HBE domain architects
Technical Recommendations – Work with the System Integrator to provide recommendations that will align solutions with established standards for the Healthplanfinder technology stack that includes, Java, MSSQL, React, Spring Boot, Azure RedHat OpenShift, and Istio Service Mesh. Work with the Enterprise Solutions Committee for establishment of standards and patterns that are required to support the recommendations
Standards, Policies, and Procedures - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of changes to the Healthplanfinder IT ecosystem. Supports technical feasibility, system performance, and compliance with security, accessibility, and enterprise architecture standards
Risk analysis – Collaborate with project teams to identify and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks related to the planned architecture and escalating issues to the ESC and other stakeholders for decision making. Work with the project teams to document policy or standard exceptions
Data Migration – Represent the ESC in solution reviews regarding migration of data from one system to another, provide guidance on data quality analysis approaches
Multi-Agency Collaboration - Collaborate with partner agencies – including the HealthCare Authority and the Department of Social and Health Service – for non-MAGI related work as needed to ensure that data exchanges between agencies align to established patterns and agreements

Required
