Responsibilities
Manages and integrates employee and mid-level manager activities across more than one area in production control and materials management
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of functional approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
Ensures that overall budgets, schedules and performance standards are set and attained
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
More than 5 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
More than 5 years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Preferred
More than 10 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
