Data Records Coordinator Associate
NMSU Conference Services is a comprehensive research university dedicated to teaching, research, public service, and outreach. The Records Systems Coordinator will support the accurate management of university records, maintain electronic and paper records, generate reports, and ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Responsibilities
Oversees accommodated and proctored testing for students with disabilities utilizing the AIM data base, scheduling exams, communicating with students and faculty, scheduling rooms for students take exams on campus
Assists faculty with online proctored exams, as needed
Maintains data on accommodated exams and generates reports on utilization
Collaborates with the Alt Format/Assistive Technology Specialist to ensure that exams are accessible
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or higher degree
Three years of related experience (or equivalent post-secondary education)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately with confidential information in a collaborative university environment
