Responsibilities
Work through all phases of the design process – from research and discovery to prototyping, validation, and final delivery
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure high-quality outcomes
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into intuitive designs that solve real user problems
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
Help maintain and evolve our design systems and processes for consistency and efficiency
Champion user-centered design across the organization and advocate for best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant product design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving user problems
Preferred
Continued education and/or advanced degree(s)
Product design experience within SaaS or technology organizations
Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
Experience with cloud-based products (AWS, Azure, GCP)
