Customer Service Specialist
eventPERCH is a company focused on providing high-touch support to event planners and luxury firms. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting users in maximizing platform features, resolving issues, and supporting user onboarding and training while collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of the platform.

Responsibilities
Delivering high-touch support to event planners, luxury firms, and industry creatives
Using Intercom for in-app chat, optimizing AI-driven responses, and knowledge base management
Ensuring users maximize platform features (e.g., Projects, timelines, budgets) and resolve issues quickly
Supporting in user onboarding, training, and research
Working in collaboration with the operating team, developers, and marketing to ensure the success of eventPERCH and our objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success or sales for a software company required
Intercom app experience required
Preferred
Event operations, event planning, event Management, or hospitality experience welcomed
Google Workspace and mac/apple experience preferred
Kajabi and Notion software experience preferred
Hospitality software experience preferred
