Learning Facilitator - Global revenue Management Education
Insight Global is seeking a Learning Facilitator to support global training initiatives in revenue management. The role involves facilitating training sessions, creating educational materials, and assisting hotels in adopting upgraded revenue management systems.

Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual and global training sessions supporting the adoption of IDeaS G3, Optix, RevPlan, and SynXis CRS
Create support documentation, training content, facilitator guides, learning materials, and job aids
Coordinate and deliver courses, webinars, VILT, and system walk-throughs
Support the Global Revenue Management Training & Ops team in RMS education strategy and execution
Assist hotels worldwide as they transition to Hyatt’s upgraded revenue management ecosystem
Structure LMS content, upload courses, and support learner navigation
Manage registration, communications, reminders, and completion tracking
Conduct follow-up communications with hotels and reinforce learning standards
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy of system-based training content
Maintain documentation of design decisions, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor hotel progress through RMS adoption and provide reinforcement coaching
Maintain Hyatt brand standards, values, and global training quality
Adapt content and delivery methods based on learner needs and feedback
Participate in planning meetings and ongoing learning strategy discussions
Support limited travel (up to 10%) for regional engagements or in-person sessions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with IDeaS G3, Optix, RevPlan, and SynXis CRS
Experience facilitating training and supporting system adoption for revenue management tools
Strong understanding of hotel revenue management systems, processes, and operational practices
Experience with Opera Cloud PMS
Ability to develop and deliver learning materials, documentation, and instructional content
Experience coordinating implementation checklists, registration, follow-up, and completion tracking
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to teach complex concepts clearly
Must be flexible to work across global time zones, including Asia and SWA (while staying within an 8‑hour day)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, multi-stakeholder environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management or coordinator-level RM role using RMS & reservation systems
Minimum 2 years experience working within dynamic team environments
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office and related data tools
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Preferred
Experience supporting global training rollouts or hotel onboarding
Background in hospitality, ideally within franchise or multi-property environments
Experience designing leadership or readiness training programs
Experience facilitating pilots, gathering feedback, and iterating learning journeys
Fluency in an additional language beyond English
Bachelor's degree preferred (Hotel Management or related field)
