1+ years expCyient is seeking a Quality Notification (eQN) Project Engineer to support Pratt & Whitney programs. This role is responsible for the timely execution, coordination, and closure of electronic Quality Notifications associated with nonconforming hardware requiring engineering review.

Responsibilities
Own and manage assigned eQNs from initiation through closure, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines
Load new eQNs, export and maintain QN data, and manage associated tracking tools
Initiate and coordinate engineering tasking with delivery teams and Module Center Points of Contact (POCs)
Review, summarize, and track engineering dispositions and ensure timely closure of engineering review actions
Monitor eQN aging, identify risks or potential delays, and proactively drive resolution
Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
Coordinate expedient closure of eSRIs (Electronic Supplier Requests for Information) and support cross-functional disciplines as required
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings within the eQN workflow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience
Experience as a Project Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Design Engineer in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with rapid turnaround requirements
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing interactions
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and interdisciplinary engineering teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel (VBA/macros preferred)
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Experience supporting aerospace manufacturing, jet engine components, or other regulated environments
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience coordinating supplier-related quality or engineering issues
