Orientation Intern

Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and event planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse student populations, families, and staff
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle logistical challenges and ensure smooth event operations
Proficiency in technology and tools for communications, presentation, and event coordination
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
Passion for student engagement and development, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment
Preferred
Previous experience in student leadership, event management, or orientation programs is a plus
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a higher education institution preferred
