The roles include leading interior design concepts for high-end residential and hospitality projects and overseeing project delivery from design through construction administration.

Responsibilities
Lead interior design concepts through execution on sophisticated residential and hospitality projects, bringing vision and meticulous attention to every detail
Oversee project delivery from schematic design through construction administration, managing timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination while maintaining design integrity
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required)
Exceptionally self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
Strong communication skills and client-facing presence
Preferred
Background with boutique firms (10 people or fewer) strongly preferred
Experience with rendering software such as Enscape (a plus)
New York City project experience
