New Grad, Entry LevelSemiGen, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Technician to join their team. This role involves supporting the maintenance of Wafer Fab and Backend processing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities
Perform simple to complex preventative maintenance duties on a diverse array of semiconductor equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime
Possess a solid understanding of how all tools operate
Assist in writing maintenance procedures
Perform Equipment installations and upgrades
Maintain inventory of spare parts and order items as needed
Perform maintenance while adhering to proper PPE usage guidelines while always having safety as a top priority
Performing daily walks to complete checklists
Work with area supervisors to schedule Preventative Maintenance in order to minimize downtime
Handling chemicals and Hazardous Waste throughout the facility as needed. Training will be provided
Update the Maintenance Management System as maintenance is being performed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Able to follow detailed instructions
Able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
Familiar with the use of basic hand tools
Must be able to accurately record data related to tasks performed
Good communication skills
Preferred
Some experience with semiconductor type equipment preferred. I.E. Vacuum systems, Photolithography Aligners
