Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined territory
Initiate conversations with medical practices (practice managers, administrators, owners)
Conduct virtual and in-person discovery meetings
Learn to lead consultative conversations around:
Cybersecurity risk
HIPAA exposure
Workflow and operational inefficiencies
Collaborate internally to design tailored managed service solutions
Present proposals and guide prospects through the decision process
Close recurring managed services agreements
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
Sold services, solutions, or non-commodity offerings
Confident prospecting and initiating conversations
Can learn technical concepts well enough to speak credibly with clients
Coachable, organized, and willing to build your skills
