Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Reconcile balance sheets and bank statements accurately
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and others to ensure precise financial data management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
Maintain detailed documentation of all financial transactions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in corporate accounting or similar roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software including NetSuites and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
