They are seeking a motivated professional to fill the Electrical Project Coordinator position, which involves supporting Electrical Project Managers by coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring effective communication among clients and team members.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, defining project scope and objectives, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Monitor and manage project timelines and schedules
Manage project budgets
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
Serve as point of communication between project teams, external partners, and clients, providing updates on project status
Track project progress and performance, create detailed status reports, and highlight potential risks
Document and submit change orders
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of project coordination experience
Experience in the electrical field is required
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
