Responsibilities
Review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and complete general ledger reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis
Maintain organized and well-documented workpapers supporting all reconciliations
Identify discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues in a timely manner
Support annual audit processes by preparing schedules and providing requested documentation
Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency with accounting software; QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment
Preferred
Three to four years of accounting experience preferred
