They are seeking an Associate Attorney to independently manage a litigation caseload, drive case strategy, and conduct legal research across various practice areas.

Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish
Attend hearings in various counties and courthouses
Drive deadlines, case strategy, and next steps across active matters
Research and analyze statutes, rules, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy
Assist with document review and case development as needed
Work across practice areas including insurance coverage, construction, bodily injury, professional malpractice, and mass torts
Qualification
Required
Active Indiana Bar license in good standing
5+ years of relevant defense litigation experience
Deposition experience required
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
Strong legal writing skills and ability to provide writing samples
Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Illinois license preferred
