Responsibilities

Identify root causes of supply and production issues and recommend solutions
Coordinate with operations to plan resources and maintain efficient schedules
Work closely with manufacturing teams to keep production on track
Travel to suppliers (up to 50%) to accelerate critical materials and confirm readiness
Provide clear reports on supplier performance, risks, and recovery plans
Partner with suppliers to fix issues and improve delivery reliability

Required

Bachelors Degree
5-7 years of experience within Global Supply Chain specifically with planning
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable with traveling domestically and internationally 50% of the time
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work across teams and build collaboration
Good planning, organizing, and prioritization abilities
Understanding of capacity planning and manufacturing requirements (MRP)

Preferred

Six Sigma Blackbelt
Experience with investment casting
