Learning our Software: Dive deep into Banyan Technology's comprehensive software features, becoming a true product expert
Client Collaboration: Hone your communication skills by listening to clients' business needs, explaining solution options, and explaining committed scopes of work
Project Support: Assist in managing multiple implementation projects in parallel, ensuring deliverables are met and projects stay on schedule and budget
Software Configuration: Learn to configure our software to meet unique client requirements, addressing client solution needs with the rich feature set available in our product
Problem-Solving: Effectively leverage internal resources and teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualification
Required
You enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding effective solutions
Strong written and verbal communication is a must. You'll be interacting directly with clients and internal teams
You can juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without missing a beat
A can-do attitude and a positive outlook will help you build strong relationships with our clients
You're comfortable learning new software and technology quickly
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Management Information Systems (MIS), Logistics, or any analytical program
No prior software development or SQL skills required!
We appreciate candidates who are comfortable with and can leverage AI tools to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency
