Responsibilities

You’ll lead and contribute to a focused engineering effort responsible for delivering AI-first capabilities, including:
Intelligent reasoning components embedded throughout audit workflows
Document intelligence and structured data extraction solutions
Workflow automation that improves speed, accuracy, and auditor decision-making
Rapid prototypes tested directly with internal and external design partners
Secure, scalable cloud services and APIs integrated into a broader audit platform
In this role, you will:
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases within audit operations
Design, build, and validate prototypes that demonstrate measurable value
Mature successful concepts into production-grade, cloud-native services
Define repeatable engineering patterns for AI-driven product development
Ensure strong standards for security, reliability, and operational excellence
Establish clear system architectures supporting intelligent, end-to-end workflows

Required

Financial AI Platform Experience is required
10+ years of professional software development experience
8+ years in senior or lead engineering roles
Deep expertise in .NET / C#, distributed systems, and cloud-native design
Proven ability to deliver 0→1 products in fast iteration environments
Hands-on technical leadership, including AI-assisted development approaches
Experience with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, agents, or NLP
Background building workflow platforms in Accounting, Audit, or FinTech domains
Strong understanding of financial compliance, assurance, and control processes
