Perform light maintenance tasks including cleaning vacant units and work orders
Respond to resident and team requests promptly and courteously
Help manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
Qualification
Required
1+ year of related experience or training
Ability to walk the property, lift up to 25lbs regularly, and work outdoors in all weather
Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
