Responsibilities
Develop and manage the enterprise content calendar in partnership with team leadership
Work with content and publishing team to establish and execute publishing processes across internal and external platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing, HR, Legal, and other teams to align messaging and amplify reach
Apply audience insights and best practices to optimize content performance and engagement
Support enterprise-wide campaigns and initiatives with high-quality content and channel execution
Maintain consistency and compliance with brand standards and organizational guidelines
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related fields; agency experience is a plus
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Mix of creative and analytical thinking, with an ability to re-package evergreen content in new and interesting ways
Foundational understanding of internal and external platforms, including but not limited to websites, intranets, internal and external communications skills including but not limited to business and financial acumen, strategic planning, executive communications, events management, communications materials creation, writing, social media and measurement
Bachelor's Degree Required or equal years of relevant working experience may be considered
Preferred
The Ideal candidate would reside in the Northeast region and have the ability to travel for business needs
