Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP and limited support to the Director, including calendar management and scheduling
Coordinate with executive assistants across the client’s senior leadership team
Assist the YouTube Creative, Distribution, and Operations teams with scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and workflow organization
Prepare materials for team, content, and strategy meetings; gather agendas and document recaps
Maintain key department documents, trackers, calendars, reports, and internal databases
Qualification
Required
1+ year of administrative experience and 1+ year of experience in social or digital marketing
Working knowledge of YouTube operations and social media platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Airtable, Zendesk, and basic Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere preferred)
