Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Make Ready Technician to join our team at Bexley Silo Bend. This role involves completing the turn/make ready process of vacant apartments and assisting with maintenance work orders to ensure the property runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

Qualification

EPA certificationHVAC troubleshootingResidential maintenance experienceUsing handPower toolsCustomer service mindsetUsing computersTeam playerFast-paced environment

Required

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Reliable transportation
Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
Ability to drive a golf cart
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Experience using hand and power tools
Background check required

Preferred

EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified
