Responsibilities

Provide in person troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and common applications
Support Tech Café services including consumable replacements and hardware swaps
Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication while resolving issues efficiently
Escalate and follow-through on complex issues when required and document actions/resolutions
Install, maintain, and support field IT systems (including specialized Laboratory PC’s), including desktop and laptop hardware

Qualification

End-user supportIT systems maintenanceCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsInternship experience

Required

Internship experience will qualify for experience
New Graduate in Computer Science
Geek Squad or Best Buy Genius Bar experience would be a fit
Must have excellent communication skills and good customer service skills
