Responsibilities
Developing custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Automate platform
Designing, creating, and maintaining flows, actions, and triggers
Creating and maintaining documentation to support the development of automated solutions
Troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks
Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify solutions
Developing and executing tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated solutions
Collaborating with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automated solutions
Design and develop automated processes, workflows, and APIs using Microsoft Power Automate
Integrate existing systems with Power Automate to automate processes and workflows
Analyze user requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
Troubleshoot and debug automated processes and workflows
Monitor and maintain the performance of automated processes and workflows
Develop and maintain documentation for Power Automate processes and workflows
Research and recommend new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes and workflows
Collaborate with other teams to ensure compatibility and interoperability of automated processes and workflows
Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements
Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications
Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies
Testing and debugging code
Reviewing website interface and software stability
Troubleshooting software issues
Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications
Providing systems training to staff and customers
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 -5 years of programming/systems analysis experience with emphasis in applications and systems architectural design and development, database, and middleware technologies
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Working knowledge of data processing principles and terminology
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to keep immediate supervisor informed of pertinent information relating to job responsibilities
Previous experience as a SharePoint developer
Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services
High-level coding skills
Ability to solve complex software issues
Detail oriented
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. Or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Knowledge of Lottery Systems Preferred
