Responsibilities
Influence, enable, and coach business partners to support effective, data-driven business decisions
Develop and leverage driver-based financial modeling and analysis
Lead the development and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including forecast-to-actual variance analysis for the Ecommerce function
Actively participate in the development of three-year strategic plans and long-range financial planning initiatives
Create accurate, insightful reporting tools, processes, and ad hoc analyses, with an emphasis on clear storytelling, actionable insights, and continuous improvement
Develop financial justifications and business cases for key investments, including site capabilities, growth initiatives, and resourcing needs
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience
5–8 years of experience focused on financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, with strong organizational and communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify financial risks and opportunities, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate actions
Demonstrated ability to build effective Excel-based models and professional presentations
Preferred
Experience in Ecommerce and/or Direct-to-Consumer environments is a plus
Experience with visual analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau; prior experience with enterprise planning systems (e.g., Cognos TM1) is strongly preferred
