The Field Service Technician role involves traveling to customers' homes to install and repair products, ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining detailed service records.

Responsibilities

Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service

Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products

Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department

Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed

Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers

Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time

Required

Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge

Some experience in glass reglazing is required but additional training can be provided

Experience in bath, plumbing, or handy man experience

Own truck and tools

Valid driver's license and auto insurance required

Excellent customer service skills

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Bilingual skills in both Spanish and English- a plus!
