Business Development Manager
Suntech Circuits Inc is a growth-focused PCB manufacturing partner delivering high-quality solutions. They are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand strategic customer relationships while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure new customers in targeted markets
Grow existing accounts through strategic, relationship-driven engagement
Act as the primary face of Suntech Circuits and senior escalation point for customers
Conduct regular in-person customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities
Collaborate closely with inside sales, engineering, quality, and operations teams
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in PCB sales or the electronics industry
Proven success in business development and account growth
Strong understanding of PCB technologies (rigid, HDI, flex, rigid-flex, RF, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Help with PCB related trade shows
Someone who knows how to build a sales pipeline
Highly self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented
