Civil Site Development Project Manager
Sunrock is a company focused on civil site development, and they are seeking a Civil Site Development Project Manager. The role involves coordinating schedules and material flow, communicating project status, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while leading a team to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities
Complies with all safety policies, procedures, established safe practices, and ensures that all employees reporting to you do the same. Reports all unsafe conditions and actions to a supervisor and/or the Manager Safety and Health
Monitors the safety practices (including PPE) of all team members and proactively addresses deficits
Maintains a clean and orderly work area and meets other housekeeping needs as required by Sunrock, MSHA 30 CFR 56.20003, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.22
Coordinate schedules and material flow of projects
Consolidating and documenting billing
Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
Report work progress and budget matters to clients
Collaborate with general superintendents, customers and subcontractors
Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities
Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
Comply with legal requirements, safety codes, and other regulations
Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Performs other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Current North Carolina Driver's License required
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering and construction plans and designs, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc
Prioritizes tasks
Handles multiple tasks simultaneously
Handles multiple projects simultaneously
Prioritizes, organizes, and delegates assignments
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but will consider other combinations of education or experience
