Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. The Warehouse Worker supports the warehouse Supervisor in maintenance of the warehouse, retail stores, and portable locations within the theatre, ensuring product availability and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

Have product available at all Food & Beverage & Merchandise stands throughout events
Follow company standards such as quality of product and cleanliness
Maintain and organize inventory constantly under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor
Have a working knowledge of the theatre policies and important locations, i.e. restrooms, telephones, medical, security, etc
Communicate product levels and equipment problems
Follow Health Dept. standards and execute such procedures
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Required

Experience in a warehouse atmosphere
Extremely detail oriented, organized and have a team mentality
Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting due to stocking of work areas
Proven work history of above average work performance
Proven guest service skills are required
Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 4 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays
Ability to handle multiple tasks and display excellent internal and external customer service
Long hours of physical labor on feet, heavy lifting and pushing carts through crowds of people quickly and safely while maintaining the integrity of product
Receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 100 lbs
Able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals
Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
