Responsibilities
Design and develop custom enterprise solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph
Lead and support migrations from legacy SharePoint environments (SharePoint SE/2016/2019) to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption
Implement custom SharePoint features and enhancements beyond out-of-the-box functionality
Develop scalable, reusable SPFx web parts and components aligned with business and technical standards
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to drive process automation and efficiency
Develop and support workflows using Nintex Automation (K2) in enterprise environments
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 services to improve collaboration and document management
Ensure all solutions adhere to agency governance models, security controls, and compliance requirements
Convert functional business requirements into secure, compliant technical designs
Support the deployment of solutions using industry best practices and federal standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of SharePoint development experience, with 4+ years focused on SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power Platform
5+ years of professional development using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)
Expert-level experience with SharePoint SE/2016/2019, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Designer
Hands-on expertise with SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph
Extensive experience with Nintex Workflows / K2
Experience leading enterprise SharePoint migrations, including use of tools such as Sharegate
Delivered 3+ complex SPFx solutions in production environments
Strong experience implementing workflow automation at scale
PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and deployment
Windows Workflow Foundation
Excel Services
Visual Studio for local and enterprise SharePoint enhancements
SharePoint feature deployment and customization
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be eligible for a Position of Public Trust clearance
Must have resided in the U.S. for the past 5 years
Must not have traveled outside the U.S. for a combined total of 6 months or more within the last 5 years
