Responsibilities
Providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the GME Office
Ensuring full compliance with ACGME requirements for residency and fellowship programs
Collaborating directly with program administrative staff (coordinators)
Providing leadership to ensure implementation of the clinical affiliation strategic plan
Developing business plans for the affiliation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in graduate medical education and a masters' degree
OR bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of experience in graduate medical education
One (1) year of experience supervising staff and managing complex administrative operations is required
Demonstrated experience with ACGME-accredited programs and GME regulatory oversight
Familiarity with GME funding models such as CMS/Medicare DGME/IME regulations
Ability to communicate clearly with institutional leadership, faculty and program coordinators
Skills in designing and implementing workflows, policies, and process improvements
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness
Strong organization and time management skills
