Provide high-quality care to rural residents
Collaborate with a full-time physician in managing patient care
Conduct comprehensive and focused patient assessments
Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
Offer personalized care plans
Order and interpret lab and radiographic studies
Educate patients on managing their health
Perform necessary procedures
Provide follow-up care post-discharge
Conduct well-child visits
Handle medication management
Coordinate referrals to ensure patients receive the best care possible
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited university
Current and active licensure as a Certified Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
Ability to see patients with same-day office visit needs
Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, stooping, bending, and pushing
Preferred
Previous clinical experience is preferred
Current CPR, PALS, and ACLS certifications are preferred
