Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for all Arizona positions, including hourly, salaried, and leadership roles
Lead high-volume recruiting for: Warehouse, Delivery, Operations, Other frontline roles
Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on business needs
Move candidates efficiently through the hiring process: application → screening → interview → offer
Maintain consistent momentum in high-turnover frontline roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
Prepare and present recruiting metrics and reports to management to support data-driven decision-making
