Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys on case development, discovery, and trial preparation
Gather, organize, and prepare documents for review, production, and analysis
Assist in drafting, preparing, and filing briefs and other legal documents
Serve as an integral part of trial teams from planning through execution
Anticipate needs of clients, colleagues, and cases to help keep matters running smoothly
Conduct research on companies, individuals, issues, and opportunities
Interview prospective clients and support intake processes
Prepare pleadings and related documents
Actively pursue ongoing professional growth with full support from the firm
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a comparable role, with significant exposure to complex litigation
Ability and confidence to support trial teams in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments
