Account & Project Manager
House of Sorcery is a small, multi-disciplinary studio seeking an Account & Project Manager to act as a liaison between clients and the internal team. The role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery, while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
Lead client relationship and communications for assigned projects, keep project organized and inspire confidence with the client
Use foresight and context in client management to balance and ensure both client and internal advocacy
Learn, embrace, and communicate our process, milestones and narrative to ensure a cohesive understanding between HOS and the client
Facilitate project creative briefs, mural boards, proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets and project plans with team
Proactively plan and request information from client and/or team as needed
Ongoing client relationship development and pillow minted service
Stay ahead of challenges, bringing solutions and proactive efforts
Independently and accurately maintain tools with key info
Manage client documents, assets and information, ensuring safe keeping
Information management of project deliverables as needed for details, specs, approval tracking, etc to help organize the information needed for project success
Facilitate client presentation deck process; preparing, finding and organizing creative materials, proofing, polishing, etc
Facilitate post project tasks and project close out
Complete tasks independently and seek information for anything needed
Maintain a steady and positive attitude during busy times
Embrace our small, nimble team and the important role each person plays in our success
Work closely with the project team and Account Supervisor to ensure a comprehensive project plan for each project
Thoughtfully and intentionally plan client hospitality, including client gifts, meeting prep, and special touches
Communicate and maintain project financial information for project budgets, cashflow, projected client payments and invoicing
Take notes in all meetings and post thorough, actionable recaps
Ensure milestones happen on time and proactively work with the team to make shifts as needed
Prep for and lead in weekly traffic meetings for assigned projects, make real-time updates, recaps and follow up tasks
Daily updates and adjustments in project management tools, keeping tools accurate with the most up to date information
Use foresight and planning to maintain the team and project calendars
Support internal projects and events as needed
Misc research for new clients and projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Account and Client service (Agency preferred)
2+ years of Project Management
Experience with project management software (i.e. Basecamp)
Experience with small to large complex organizations, ability to handle multiple stakeholders at various levels
Experience managing projects in the built environment, A&D industry and/or in the Arts a huge plus
Ability to multi-task and manage about 6-8 projects simultaneously
Proficiency on G Suite tools, especially Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
Highly motivated, proactive, accurate, and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship building and client management skills
Proficient with budgets, agreements and presentations
Critical thinker that can digest a client's needs and translate them to the team
Open minded, curious, and excited about making new ideas come to life everyday
