Assistant Site Director - UT Child Development Center
The University of Texas at Austin is internationally recognized for its academic programs and research. The Assistant Site Director will assist the site director in the daily operations of the UT Child Development Center, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and supervising staff and classrooms.

Responsibilities
Maintain all enrollment and staff records including immunizations
Supervise classrooms and staff at the program
Give tours, communicate daily with parents and visitors
Assist with maintaining requirements of Child Care Licensing and Accreditation standards as well as requirements for health and safety
Assist with staffing the program and hiring new employees
Other related functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstration of the competencies: Motivating others, Planning work for others, Managing conflict, Managing and measuring work, and Complying with policies and procedures at The University of Texas at Austin, typically acquired by a Bachelor's Degree, one year of experience as a teacher or administrator of a licensed child care facility and the university's Transition to Management Certificate (or equivalent)
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
Preferred
Degree in child related field
Previous experience working as a director or assistant director of a licensed child development center
Previous experience working in an accredited child development center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Stable work history
