Healthcare Sales Director, OPI

Lionbridge is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Sales Director to join our Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to strategically navigate complex organizations, sell to high-level decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and innovative sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and engage prospective customers within Healthcare industry to present Lionbridge's solutions
Build and maintain a robust, up-to-date sales pipeline for new and upsell opportunities
Educate customers on service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Collaborate with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Strategically navigate the sales cycle, leveraging each stage to advance opportunities and close deals
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, markets, and verticals to craft tailored value propositions

Required

5+ years of experience in sales within the Healthcare industry, with a proven track record of selling directly into Healthcare accounts
Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a designated territory, and growing a pipeline
Ability to think strategically and creatively about targeting clients and verticals to maximize revenue growth
Familiarity with the Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) market and offerings is a plus, or a willingness to quickly develop a solid understanding of the space
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals
