Responsibilities
Process payroll across multiple schedules and states with a high degree of accuracy
Manage garnishments, tax updates, and employee payroll changes
Ensure payroll compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to documentation and SOP development
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a high-volume payroll environment
Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Paylocity, or similar platforms
