You’ll be responsible for day-to-day execution across marketing, with a strong focus on social media posting and scheduling, email template execution, coordination across the internal team, and follow-through
This role does not manage people, but it does involve coordinating work across the team and working with vendors
You’ll be responsible for keeping timelines moving, following up on handoffs, and making sure work doesn’t stall
You’ll need to be comfortable nudging people, asking for what you need, and closing loops
You’ll be working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where direction is often partial and things change quickly
Being able to take that direction, clarify when needed, and then run with it independently is important
A big part of the role is maintaining momentum — especially across social and email — without needing constant oversight
This isn’t a leadership or strategy role, and it’s not a pure creative role either
You won’t be expected to define the brand voice or come up with big ideas, but you will be expected to execute consistently and help keep marketing running smoothly behind the scenes
