Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Staff Development: Supervise and support a team of Case Managers through regular individual and group supervision, coaching, and performance guidance
Clinical Leadership & Program Oversight: Provide clinical direction across the program by troubleshooting complex cases, strengthening client engagement, and addressing challenging behaviors
Service Planning & Documentation Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of individualized service plans while ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation
Crisis Intervention & De-escalation: Guide frontline staff in crisis response, risk assessment, and conflict de-escalation using trauma-informed and CPI-aligned approaches
Care Coordination & Housing Focus: Collaborate with outreach teams and external providers to coordinate care, promote housing readiness, and support long-term housing stability
Qualification
Required
Active New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
3+ years of experience working with related populations, with prior supervisory or administrative experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, behavioral health systems, and crisis intervention practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to learn Access-based databases and new systems
Effective communicator with strong leadership and delegation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and success working with diverse internal and external stakeholders
