Responsibilities
Create, edit, and manage Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Posts) that highlights classes, coaches, and studio culture
Support front desk operations including member check-ins, guest greetings, and daily studio flow
Make inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up with leads, and schedule intro sessions
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and assist with promotions and special offers
Support basic reporting, content performance tracking, and studio organization
Qualification
Required
Comfortable creating social media content and communicating confidently in person and on the phone
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Motivated by goals, growth, and earning commission
Interest in marketing, sales, fitness, or wellness
